Need more information about how we handle and ship your order?

Please ensure that you enter accurate shipping details when placing your order. If you entered any wrong details such as the delivery address, etc. please email our team as soon as possible at support@dogcollartrainer.com so that we can make corrections before your order is departed.

If you contact us regarding shipping detail changes AFTER your order has departed, you will NOT be eligible for any refund. Checking your order confirmation email and verifying the details you provided will help avoid any inaccurate information.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days

*Processing times do not include weekends. If we experience higher than average volume orders, please expect an additional 1-2 business days delay to your processing times. Our customer support team will notify you via email or SMS that your order is experiencing a delay.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses 

We are able to ship your order to P.O. boxes or your APO/FPO address.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation notification via email or SMS, whichever channel you provided us information with during your checkout. This email indicates that we have successfully received your order and are processing it.

The next notification you will receive is the shipment confirmation email which will also contain your tracking number that you can use to track your package. Clicking the "Track my Order" button will redirect you to the thank you page that you initially visited when you placed your order. On that page, you will be able to view updates regarding your package. Depending on your location and our warehouse stock availability, the courier may be different for some orders.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
